These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ESHLON, including eshlon.io, the ESHLON desktop application, software, downloads, accounts, AI features, tools, agents, browser and computer-control functionality, and related services provided by Hataf Technologies (“ESHLON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ESHLON, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use ESHLON.

1. What ESHLON Is

ESHLON stands for Execution System for Human-Level Orchestration and Navigation.

ESHLON is an agentic AI system designed to take user-defined outcomes and perform computer-based work toward completing those outcomes.

Depending on the task and features you enable, ESHLON may:

  • create execution plans;
  • decompose tasks;
  • use specialized AI agents;
  • execute terminal commands;
  • create, modify, move, or delete files;
  • inspect repositories;
  • write and execute code;
  • install or configure software;
  • interact with websites;
  • operate browser interfaces;
  • interact with applications;
  • perform research;
  • use third-party APIs;
  • generate documents, presentations, code, data, and other artifacts;
  • diagnose failures;
  • retry or repair unsuccessful work;
  • perform multiple operations without requesting approval before every individual step.

ESHLON is designed to execute work, not merely generate text. That capability creates risks that differ from those of an ordinary chatbot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ESHLON.

If you use ESHLON on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes that organization.

3. Your Account

Certain ESHLON features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • maintaining the security of your account;
  • protecting your login credentials;
  • restricting unauthorized access to your computer and account;
  • activity occurring through your account where permitted by law.

You must promptly notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

4. Authorization to Act on Your Computer

ESHLON may require access to your computer environment to perform tasks. When you enable a capability or instruct ESHLON to perform a task, you authorize ESHLON, within the scope of your instructions and enabled permissions, to perform actions reasonably related to completing that task.

These actions may include:

  • reading files;
  • creating files;
  • modifying files;
  • deleting files;
  • executing commands;
  • installing dependencies;
  • starting and stopping programs;
  • interacting with repositories;
  • changing project configuration;
  • using network connections;
  • opening and controlling browser pages;
  • interacting with authenticated web sessions;
  • entering information into websites;
  • downloading or uploading files;
  • interacting with third-party software;
  • creating or modifying data.

ESHLON may determine intermediate actions autonomously rather than requesting approval for every step. You are responsible for selecting appropriate permissions and deciding where autonomous execution is appropriate.

5. Autonomous Actions and Risk

ESHLON uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. AI systems can misunderstand instructions, make incorrect assumptions, generate inaccurate information, execute undesirable commands, encounter unexpected software behavior, or take actions different from what a user intended.

An action performed by ESHLON may have real-world consequences.

For example, an autonomous task could potentially:

  • overwrite files;
  • delete information;
  • modify a repository;
  • install incompatible software;
  • change configuration;
  • submit information through a website;
  • trigger an API;
  • consume paid cloud or API resources;
  • alter data;
  • interact with an authenticated account.

You are responsible for determining whether a task is appropriate for autonomous execution.

For sensitive environments, you should use safeguards such as:

  • backups;
  • version control;
  • least-privilege accounts;
  • test environments;
  • spending limits;
  • sandboxing;
  • restricted API credentials;
  • review of important actions.

Do not give ESHLON broader access than reasonably necessary for the task.

6. Back Up Important Data

You should maintain independent backups of important files and data before allowing ESHLON to modify them. ESHLON's inspection and repair systems are intended to reduce failures, but they cannot eliminate them.

You are responsible for maintaining backups and recovery procedures appropriate for your use of the product.

7. Third-Party Accounts and Services

ESHLON may interact with third-party websites, APIs, applications, cloud services, repositories, AI providers, or other systems. You may only instruct ESHLON to access or operate a third-party account, system, or resource when you have authority to do so.

You remain responsible for compliance with the applicable third party's:

  • terms of service;
  • acceptable-use rules;
  • licenses;
  • rate limits;
  • automation restrictions;
  • contractual obligations.

Your use of ESHLON does not grant you additional rights to access a third-party system. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, actions, policies, or operation of third-party services.

8. User Content

“User Content” means prompts, files, source code, documents, images, instructions, data, browser content, and other material that you provide or make available to ESHLON.

You retain your ownership rights in your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the service;
  • execute your requested tasks;
  • maintain and secure the service;
  • provide support;
  • comply with law.

You represent that you possess all rights and permissions necessary for ESHLON to process User Content as instructed by you.

You must not use ESHLON to process information where doing so would violate another person's rights, confidentiality obligations, applicable law, or contractual restrictions.

9. Outputs and Generated Work

“Output” means content or artifacts generated for you through ESHLON.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any applicable model-provider terms, as between you and ESHLON, you may use and own Output generated for you.

Because AI-generated material may not always qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction, we do not guarantee that any Output is copyrightable, patentable, exclusive, or otherwise protectable.

AI systems may also produce material similar to material generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Output before using, publishing, distributing, deploying, or relying upon it.

10. Software Projects and Code

ESHLON may generate, modify, compile, execute, or deploy software. You are responsible for reviewing software before using it in production, especially where it relates to:

  • security;
  • authentication;
  • financial systems;
  • personal data;
  • infrastructure;
  • payments;
  • production databases;
  • safety-critical systems.

Generated software may contain defects, vulnerabilities, licensing issues, compatibility problems, or other errors despite automated validation.

11. Research and Generated Information

ESHLON may perform research and generate analysis.

AI-generated research may contain:

  • factual errors;
  • outdated information;
  • incorrect citations;
  • incomplete evidence;
  • mistaken interpretations.

You should independently verify information where accuracy is important.

12. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ESHLON is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Outputs should not be treated as professional legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, financial, engineering, or other regulated advice merely because they were generated by ESHLON. You are responsible for obtaining professional review where appropriate.

13. High-Risk Uses

You must not rely on ESHLON as the sole decision-maker or unattended control system where an error could reasonably create a substantial risk of:

  • death or physical injury;
  • serious property damage;
  • loss of fundamental rights;
  • unlawful discrimination;
  • material financial harm;
  • unlawful denial of employment, housing, credit, healthcare, education, insurance, or other essential services.

ESHLON is a general-purpose computer execution system and is not certified as a safety-critical control system.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not use ESHLON to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • access systems, accounts, networks, or data without authorization;
  • bypass security controls unlawfully;
  • steal credentials, data, money, or property;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deception intended to cause harm;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, or exploit others;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • interfere with or disrupt systems or services;
  • violate another person's privacy or confidentiality rights;
  • circumvent usage restrictions imposed by ESHLON;
  • use ESHLON in a way that materially harms our infrastructure, other users, or third parties.

Security testing, software development, research, and automation performed on systems you own or are authorized to test are not prohibited merely because they involve advanced technical capabilities.

15. Local Execution

ESHLON is designed to perform substantial work locally on the user's computer.

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring your device is suitable for the task;
  • keeping your operating system reasonably secure;
  • maintaining appropriate storage capacity;
  • maintaining required software licenses;
  • protecting local data;
  • controlling access to your computer;
  • determining which directories, applications, browsers, credentials, and accounts ESHLON may use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing malware, corrupted environments, incompatible third-party software, hardware failure, or unauthorized access to your device.

16. Beta and Experimental Features

Some ESHLON functionality may be designated as:

  • beta;
  • preview;
  • experimental;
  • early access;
  • research.

These features may:

  • contain more errors;
  • change substantially;
  • be removed;
  • behave unexpectedly;
  • have incomplete documentation;
  • experience interruptions.

You use beta and experimental features at your own risk.

17. Software License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the ESHLON software for its intended purposes.

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not:

  • resell or redistribute ESHLON without authorization;
  • remove proprietary notices;
  • use our trademarks without permission;
  • attempt to circumvent technical restrictions intended to protect the service;
  • copy proprietary components except as permitted by applicable licenses.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights you may separately possess under an applicable open-source software license.

18. ESHLON Intellectual Property

ESHLON and its associated:

  • software;
  • designs;
  • interfaces;
  • branding;
  • logos;
  • trademarks;
  • orchestration systems;
  • documentation;
  • website content;
  • proprietary technology

are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. ESHLON and Execution System for Human-Level Orchestration and Navigation may be used only as permitted by us.

19. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, or recommendations about ESHLON, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. This does not give us ownership of your unrelated User Content.

20. Paid Services

If we offer paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or other purchases, the price and billing terms presented at purchase will apply.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • fees are charged in the currency displayed;
  • taxes may be added where required;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically if disclosed at purchase;
  • you are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Additional billing or refund terms may be displayed during checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law requires.

21. Third-Party Costs

ESHLON may be capable of using third-party services that charge fees, including:

  • AI APIs;
  • cloud services;
  • paid APIs;
  • software subscriptions;
  • infrastructure;
  • data providers.

Unless expressly included in an ESHLON subscription, those costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for configuring appropriate budgets, quotas, spending controls, and credentials for third-party services. ESHLON is not responsible for charges incurred from third-party services as a result of tasks you authorized.

22. Updates

ESHLON may automatically or manually receive:

  • software updates;
  • security patches;
  • agent updates;
  • tool updates;
  • model configuration changes;
  • feature changes.

Updates may alter or remove functionality. You may need to install an update to continue using certain features.

23. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

ESHLON may be unavailable or impaired because of:

  • maintenance;
  • software errors;
  • network failures;
  • third-party outages;
  • security incidents;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of ESHLON where reasonably necessary.

24. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to ESHLON if we reasonably believe that:

  • you materially violated these Terms;
  • your account presents a security risk;
  • your use creates legal risk;
  • your use threatens ESHLON, our users, or third parties;
  • suspension is required by law.

Where reasonable, we may provide notice before termination. You may stop using ESHLON at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties
