ESHLON, Execution System for Human-Level Orchestration and Navigation is a desktop agentic AI system designed to help users complete computer-based work through planning, tool use, browser and computer interaction, autonomous execution, multi-agent orchestration, and artifact creation.

This Privacy Policy explains how Hataf Technologies LLC (“ESHLON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you use:

  • eshlon.io and other websites we operate;
  • the ESHLON desktop application;
  • ESHLON accounts and related services;
  • support, communications, downloads, and other services we provide.

1. Our Privacy Approach

ESHLON is designed as a local-first desktop application.

A substantial portion of ESHLON's work may occur directly on your device, including operations involving local files, repositories, applications, browser sessions, terminals, generated artifacts, and working directories.

However, local-first does not mean that all data always remains on your device.

Certain features may require information to be transmitted to third-party services, including your chats with our AI model, websites you ask ESHLON to access, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, or other services you connect to ESHLON.

What leaves your device depends on:

  • the task you ask ESHLON to perform;
  • the tools and integrations you enable;
  • the AI model or provider being used;
  • the websites and services ESHLON interacts with on your behalf; and
  • your product settings.

We aim to collect and retain only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve ESHLON.

2. Information We May Collect

A. Account Information

If you create an ESHLON account, we may collect information such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • account identifier;
  • authentication information;
  • account preferences;
  • subscription or plan information;
  • account creation and login timestamps.

If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, such as Google or Microsoft, we may receive information that provider makes available to us, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. We do not receive your third-party account password from those providers.

B. Website and Network Information

When you access eshlon.io or our online services, our servers and infrastructure providers may automatically receive information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device and operating-system information;
  • requested pages;
  • timestamps;
  • referring pages;
  • network and security information;
  • server and application logs.

We use this information primarily to operate, protect, diagnose, and maintain our website and services.

C. ESHLON Task and Workspace Content

Depending on how you use ESHLON, the application may process information including:

  • prompts and instructions;
  • conversations with ESHLON;
  • documents;
  • source code;
  • repositories;
  • spreadsheets;
  • presentations;
  • images;
  • web pages;
  • screenshots;
  • browser content;
  • terminal output;
  • application content;
  • files and folders;
  • generated artifacts;
  • task plans;
  • agent outputs;
  • logs created during execution.

Much of this information may be processed locally.

When a task requires an external, website, API, or other service, relevant portions of this information may be transmitted to that service as necessary to perform the requested task.

D. Computer and Browser Access

If you enable ESHLON's computer, browser, terminal, filesystem, or related capabilities, ESHLON may interact with information available through those environments.

Depending on your instructions and permissions, this may include:

  • open browser pages;
  • authenticated web sessions;
  • files;
  • applications;
  • development environments;
  • command-line interfaces;
  • local services;
  • websites;
  • information displayed on screen.

ESHLON processes this information for the purpose of carrying out tasks you request.

You should not grant ESHLON access to information or systems that are unnecessary for the task you want it to perform.

E. Credentials and Secrets

You should not intentionally send passwords, private keys, API secrets, authentication tokens, or other credentials to ESHLON unless doing so is necessary and supported by the applicable feature.

Where possible, credentials should remain within the operating system, browser, environment-variable system, credential manager, or third-party service that manages them.

If ESHLON encounters credentials while performing a task, those credentials may be processed locally or, depending on the task and configuration, exposed to tools or services involved in that task.

Users are responsible for appropriately limiting the credentials and permissions available to ESHLON.

F. Diagnostic and Support Information

If you report a problem, request support, or voluntarily send diagnostic information, we may receive:

  • crash reports;
  • error messages;
  • application logs;
  • configuration information;
  • correspondence with us;
  • files or other information you choose to provide.

We use this information to diagnose problems, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the service.

G. Payment Information

If ESHLON offers paid products or subscriptions, payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

We may receive information such as:

  • payment status;
  • billing country;
  • transaction identifiers;
  • subscription status;
  • partial payment-method information supplied by the processor.

We do not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide ESHLON and its features;
  • authenticate users;
  • execute tasks requested by users;
  • communicate with tools necessary to complete tasks;
  • operate computer and browser automation requested by users;
  • maintain account settings;
  • provide downloads and software updates;
  • provide support;
  • diagnose failures;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • maintain the security and reliability of our systems;
  • enforce our Terms of Use;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • understand service performance;
  • improve ESHLON's functionality and user experience;
  • communicate important product, security, account, or policy information.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more lawful bases including:

  • performance of a contract with you;
  • our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving ESHLON;
  • your consent;
  • compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI Models and Third-Party Processing

When the model is used, information necessary for the task may be transmitted.

This can include portions of:

  • your prompt;
  • conversation context;
  • files;
  • source code;
  • documents;
  • screenshots;
  • tool outputs;
  • web content;
  • task context.

The exact information transmitted depends on the feature, task, and model configuration.

5. Local Data

Some ESHLON information may exist only on your device.

Depending on the application's configuration, this may include:

  • workspace files;
  • agent workspaces;
  • project copies;
  • execution logs;
  • configuration data.

Data stored locally generally remains on your device until:

  • you delete it;
  • ESHLON removes it according to application behavior;
  • you uninstall the application and remove its associated data;
  • another program or operating-system process removes it.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information on your device.

6. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary.

Service Providers

Companies that help us operate ESHLON, such as providers of:

  • cloud hosting;
  • authentication;
  • databases;
  • infrastructure;
  • communications;
  • customer support;
  • security;
  • payment processing.

Our current website infrastructure may use services provided by Google Cloud. Other providers may be added or changed as ESHLON evolves.

Services You Direct ESHLON to Use

When you instruct ESHLON to visit a website, use an API, send information, interact with an application, or otherwise communicate with a third-party service, information necessary to perform that action may be sent to that service.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
  • protect our rights or property;
  • investigate fraud or security incidents;
  • enforce agreements;
  • protect users or others from significant harm.

Corporate Transactions

If ESHLON or its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

7. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell users' personal information.

We also do not use users' personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to:

  • maintain sessions;
  • authenticate users;
  • remember settings;
  • protect against abuse;
  • operate website functionality.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies that require consent or additional disclosure, we will provide the appropriate notices and controls.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • maintain your account;
  • provide the service;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • maintain security;
  • prevent fraud and abuse.

The exact retention period depends on the type of information and why we process it.

For example:

  • account information may be retained while your account remains active and for an appropriate period afterward;
  • security and technical logs may be retained for a limited operational period or longer where necessary to investigate an incident;
  • support correspondence may be retained while needed to resolve the matter and maintain reasonable business records;
  • locally stored ESHLON data remains subject to the user's local deletion and application settings;
  • information processed by third-party services may be retained according to their applicable agreements and policies.

We may retain limited information for longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

However, no software, computer system, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Because ESHLON can interact with local files, development environments, browsers, applications, and external services, users should also maintain appropriate security practices, including:

  • strong authentication;
  • least-privilege access;
  • secure backups;
  • appropriate credential management;
  • operating-system updates;
  • review of sensitive permissions.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • request access to information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to legal limitations and exceptions.

To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact:

privacy@eshlon.io

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

13. European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Where European or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority responsible for your location. ESHLON's autonomous agent functionality involves automated processing used to execute tasks requested by users. We do not currently use this processing to make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects, unless a particular feature clearly tells you otherwise.

15. Children

ESHLON is currently intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not intend ESHLON to be used independently by minors.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us contrary to this policy, contact privacy@eshlon.io.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

ESHLON can interact with third-party websites, software, APIs, and services. Those third parties operate independently from ESHLON and may collect or process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party services.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ESHLON is under active development. As our services, architecture, integrations, and data practices evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
